
Enough Is Enough!
November 2013, around 10AM and just waking up, I was laying in bed flipping TV channels. I came across an infomercial promoting a fitness program that guaranteed results. At that time, only a year after graduating college, I gained over 20 pounds. The heaviest I ever been. I disliked the way I looked and needed a change. That day I said, enough is enough and needed to do something about it. That was the beginning of a road I never dreamed I would be on. Fast forward to my husband of nine years, two children, 80 pounds lighter, seven fitness competitions later, I am hear to empower, encourage, and teach all people that you are more than enough and you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you--to include taking charge of your health.
